Study on biological effects of Chamaecrista spp. after seeds spaceship-carried induction

摘要: 利用太空搭载的决明属牧草6个品种的种子,通过盆栽试验观测其搭载效应,试验结果表明,搭载后2204、2217的出苗率极显著提高,34721、92985的出苗率显著提高;86134植株冠高有显著减少、分枝数有显著增加,2204叶长有显著减少,2217叶宽有显著减少;34721生物量有显著减少、86134有极显著减少;6个品种生殖生长期都有不同程度的差异;86134的P和K含量有极显著提高。Abstract: The seeds of six Chamaecrista spp.carried by spaceship and the effects on SP1 generation were studied.The results showed that the germination rates of 2204,2217,34721 and 92985 were increased;the plant height of 86134 was decreased and its branch number was increased,the leaf length of 2204 was decreased,the leaf width of 2217 was decreased;the biomasses of 34721 and 86134 were decreased;the durations of reproductive growth of six Chamaecrist varieties were changed significantly;and the contents of phosphorus and potassium of the cultivar of 86134 were increased.
