Analysis and evaluation on main nutrition compositions of sweet potato germplasm

摘要: 为了探明福建省保存的甘薯品种资源主要营养成分含量的情况,按国家有关标准完成对211份资源品种8种主要营养成分测定,经相关分析及对部分品种稳定性测定,筛选出营养成分含量较好的品种96份。明确了干物率、淀粉、水溶性总糖、粗纤维和维生素c总体上表现较为密切的相关关系;品种的干物率、淀粉、粗纤维和胡萝卜素4个指标受环境影响较小,表现稳定;而可溶性总糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和维生素C受环境影响较大,不同种植区域间差异明显。Abstract: Eight main nutrition compositions and eating quality of 211 sweet potato varieties in germplasm resource were determined.Having analysed the correlation and stability of different compositions data in sweet potato germplasm,it was found that,some compositions such as dry matter content,starch content,soluble sugar content,rough cellulose and Vitamin C have remarkably correlativity.Dry matter content,soluble sugar content,rough cellulose and carotene content were more stability than soluble sugar,rough protein,rough fat and Vitamin C in different environment,we also selected 100 varieties which have preferable nutrition compositions.
