Abstract: Agriculture is the base industry in national economy because it cannot be substituted for and surpassed.Improving general production capability of agriculture plays very significant role in settling issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers,and promoting the construction of a new countyside.The article studies indicators system of evaluating general production capability of agriculture.Base on the indicators system,the paper adopts principlal components analysis method and analyses the actualities of general production capability of agriculture in Fujian cities,including issues and conducing factors.According the analysis,the article provides ways of improving general production capability of agriculture.
