Discern the false oil from the genuine by characteristic index of fatty acid

摘要: 应用气相色谱技术分析研究了海产鱼油脂肪酸组成,并以鱼油脂肪酸特征指标为依据,鉴定鱼油真伪;利用鱼油和廉价动植物油脂之间脂肪酸组成的差异,排除筛选出掺伪用油;根据鱼油特征指标的脂肪酸组分C18:2的偏离程度,确定掺伪程度。在油样品种和产地来源不明的情况下,能有效地鉴别掺伪鱼油,且适用于调制饲用鱼油的鉴定。Abstract: This article analyzes and studies the constituents of fatty acids in marine fish oil by gas chromatography.It introduces ways such as to discern the false fish oil from the genuine by the characteristic indexes of fatty acids in fish oil;to distinguish the cheap animal and plant oils from fish oil by the difference of the constituents of fatty acids;to determine the false degree by testing the deviation of the amounts of fatty acids such as C18:2,in constituents which in false oil is different from the characteristic indexes in fish oil.It effectively discerns the false oil from the genuine in the condition that the kinds and sources of samples is unknown.The method is simply and convenient.It can be used to appraise the quality of feeding fish oil.
