Immunity level of the eel after oral immunized with β-hemA-ISCOMs

摘要: 携带嗜水气单胞菌β-溶血素基因的重组菌可表达具天然活性的β-溶血素。重组菌胞外产物制成的ISCOMs(β-hemA-ISCOMs)经由肠胃途径免疫,可显著提高鳗鲡淋巴细胞的增殖转化能力(P0.05),并诱导免疫保护,一次免疫的攻毒存活率为44.4%。二次免疫的攻毒存活率为100%。本研究首次将ISCOMs技术应用于鳗鲡口服免疫,试验结果表明ISCOMs技术在发展鱼类口服型疫苗上有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: The recombinant plasmid containing completed β-hemolysin gene of Aeromonas hydrophila was transformed into E.coli DH5α and could express β-hemolysin with native biological function.The ISCOMs included crude purified transformant’s extracellular products (ECPs) was made and named β-hemA-ISCOMs.The result showed it could enhanced the proliferation ability of eel’s lymphocyte and induced immunity significantly by oral administration (P0.05),after challenge,the livability of first immunized was 44.4%.the livability of second immunized was 100%.This was, to our knowledge,the first report about ISCOMs used in eel’s oral administration,indicated that ISCOMs technology could be widely used for producing fish oral vaccines.-
