Karyotype and C-banding of Trichogaster trichopterus sumatranus

摘要: 以肾细胞作材料,采用秋水仙素-低渗-空气干燥法、Sumner(1972)的方法(C-带),制作染色体标本,研究了金曼龙(Trichogaster microlepis)的核型及C-带。结果显示:金曼龙的核型公式为2n=46 t,NF=46。多数染色体的着丝点和端部均显示出一个深浅不同的C-带,没有发现异型性染色体.并通过与同科种类进行对比分析,讨论它们的亲缘关系和系统演化。Abstract: Chromosome specimen of kidney cells was prepared by using colchicine-low osmosis-air drying and Sumner’s(1972) C-banding staining method.The karyotype and C banding of Trichogaster trichopterus sumatranus were observed.The results showed that the karyotype formula of Trichogaster trichopterus sumatranus was 2n=46 t,NF=46,the lightly and darkly stained C-bands existed on centrometric and terminal spots of most chromosomes,and there was no heteromorphic sex chromosomes.Their relationship and systematic evolution were discussed by comparing with several other species in the same family.
