Screening and identification of resistant peanut varieties and strains to Aspergillus flavus

摘要: 选用若干花生主栽品种、从ICRISAT引进品种及福建农林大学近年来选育的品种(系)为材料,用所分离的产毒力较强的6个菌株接种测定。结果表明,闽花6号等3份品种(系)对黄曲霉AF2菌株表现较抗,侵染率30%,感染指数6,明显低于对照抗黄1号和粤油9号,且闽花6号具较宽的抗菌谱,可为花生抗黄曲霉育种提供抗性基因源,而抗黄1号属中感品种。并对花生品种抗黄曲霉病性的鉴定做了讨论。Abstract: Several peanut varieties,including cultivars and varieties from ICRISAT and varieties (lines) developed by Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,were inoculated with powerful Aspergillus flavus strains to determine their resistance to the fungal infection. The results showed that three varieties,including Minhua 6,had greater fungal resistance than the controls,Kanghuang 1 and Yueyou 9. The infection rate was less than 30% and the infection index less than 6.0. These varieties could provide resistance genes for A.flavus resistance breeding. Kanghuang 1 is a MS variety to A.flavus. The evaluation of peanut’s resistance to A.flavus was also discussed.
