Anti-oxidation capacities of chewing sugarcanes estimated by using fuzzy subordinate function

摘要: 选取了14个果蔗品种,测定了4个生育期叶片的类胡萝卜素含量、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和超氧化物歧化酶活性等抗氧化的生理指标,利用隶属函数值法进行综合评价。结果表明:抗氧化能力最强的是闽选703,最弱的是金华果蔗。Abstract: Fourteen varieties of chewing suagrcane were selected for the determination of their four physiological anti-oxidation indices,including carotenoid content,activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,and catalase,at four growth stages.From the indices the anti-oxidation capacities of the species were estimated by analyzing their corresponding subordinate function values.The results indicated that Minxuan 703 had the highest anti-oxidative capacity and chewing sugarcane Jinhua the lowest among the 4 varieties.
