Genetic make-up of egg-laying duck breeds in Fujian determined by using micro-satellite markers

摘要: 利用7个微卫星标记对福建3个地方蛋鸭品种和1个引进品种进行遗传多样性检测,结果表明:7个微卫星位点上共检测到了0个等位基因,每个位点上平均为5.71 2个,各位点平均多态信息含量为3.9 9;各群体平均杂合度较高(0.51~0.668);根据Nei氏标准遗传距离,采用UPGMA方法构建了系统发生树,将康贝尔鸭和金定鸭归为1类,莆田黑鸭和山麻鸭归为1类.Abstract: Genetic diversity of 4 egg-laying duck breeds(3 native and one imported breeds)was determined by using 7 micro-satellite markers.A total of 40 alleles were detected by using 7 micro-satellite loci,and the average alleles per locus were 5.7142.All micro-satellite loci were highly polymorphic,with the mean PIC ranging from 0.5140 to 0.6680.Based on Nei’s standard genetic distance(DA),dendrograms were constructed by using the Unweighed Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean(UPGMA),and the Campbell duck and the Jinding duck were grouped together,while the Putian black duck and the Shanma duck clustered.
