Effects of CHM-2 on high-temperature composting of livestock feces

摘要: 利用自行研制的微生态调节剂CHM-2对鸡粪、猪粪、牛粪等禽畜粪便进行高温好氧堆肥化处理,探讨该制剂对堆肥过程温度和种子发芽指数的影响.结果表明:应用该制剂在猪粪、鸡粪、牛粪堆肥化处理中,最高温度分别达到61.6℃、65℃、56.5℃,且持续时间达到无害化的要求;在种子发芽指数试验中,猪粪、鸡粪、牛粪堆肥到达GI>50%时间分别为15 d、15 d、10 d,均较EM对照组和空白组提早.

Abstract: Effect of micro-ecological regulator CHM-2 on composting of livestock feces was studied.The results showed that CHM-2 could significantly increase fermentation temperature during the early period of composting and decrease the effects of composting material on seed germination index.The maximum temperatures after inoculating CHM-2 were 65℃(chicken manure),61.6℃(swine manure)and 56.5℃(cattle manure)-all higher than the control.The time periods required for GI50% were 15d(chicken manure),15d(swine manure)and 10d(cattle manure)-shorter than the control.-
