Infection association study by reconstituting Cycad revolute and cyanobacteria

摘要: 将苏铁珊瑚状根及根周围的土壤中分离的蓝细菌分离物与福建苏铁(Cycas revoluta)在实验室条件下进行重组.通过比较重组前后蓝细菌分离物的STRR指纹图谱和16S rRNA的序列得蓝细菌分离物RZHA能重新侵染苏铁的珊瑚状根.通过NCBI比对,蓝细菌分离物RZHA的16S rRNA序列与蓝细菌Nostocaceae IL13-1的相似性为99%.Abstract: Cycad revolute and cyanobacteria,which was isolated from the coralloid roots of the cycad and the surrounding soil,were reconstituted in the laboratory.The identities of the cyanobacteria were confirmed by amplified STRR primer and sequenced 16S rRNA.Comparing the STRR fingerprinting and 16S rRNA sequence,it was determined that the isolated cyanobacteria RZHA4 were able to infect the host plant.The strain RZHA4 showed high comparability with Nostocaceae cyanobacterium IL13-1 by blasting the NCBI.
