Abstract: Based on the VIP and CNKI database,the published papers from Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences(FAAS) in 2000-2009 were analyzed by econometric methods.The index included total amounts of published paper,amounts of paper published in science and technology core journals,journal distribution,author distribution,cited frequency,downloaded frequency,etc.The index system reflected FAAS's research capacity and could be used to evaluate its academic standard by management department.
