Pathogenic detection and identification of swine respiratory syndrome

摘要: 应用PCR技术和免疫荧光试验对福建省某猪场以呼吸道症状为主的发病猪群进行多重病原检测和人工感染病猪肺脏淋巴结等器官的病理组织学观察。结果显示:病猪肺脏和淋巴结等病料匀浆的RT-PCR检测为PRRSV变异株阳性,但PRV、CSFV、PCV2及SIV均为阴性;免疫荧光试验结果与RT-PCR一致;将阳性病料接种Marc-145分离到1株病毒,人工感染断奶仔猪能复制出与临床自然病猪相同的临床症状和病理变化,并能回收到病毒;病理组织学观察显示人工感染濒死猪肺脏呈间质性肺炎病变。综合分析上述结果初步表明该猪群暴发的呼吸道疾病主要是由高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)变异型引起。

Abstract: The study detected various kinds of pathogens in pigs suffering from respiratory syndrome by PCR technique and immunofluorescent test. The RT-PCR results showed that the tissue samples of lung and lymph nodes from diseased pigs were positive for PRRSV variant but negative for PRV,CSFV,PCV2 or SIV. A virus strains were also isolated from positive samples by inoculating it onto Marc-145. The 30 days-old piglets inoculated with the isolates showed the same symptoms as appeared naturally on the diseased pigs in the clinic. The virus was recovered from and the interstitial Pneumonia observed in the diseased pigs. Thus,it was concluded that the respiratory disease outbreak in the swine farm was caused by a PRRSV variant. -
