Mathematic modeling on growth of Dehua black chicken

摘要: 运用Gompertz,Logistic,von Bertalanffy 3种非线性模型对0~18周龄的德化黑鸡体重生长数据进行了分析和曲线拟合。结果表明:3种模型均能很好地模拟其生长曲线,拟合度(R2)高,分别为0.999 8、0.998 7和0.999 6,其中Gompertz模型拟合效果最好。进一步对Gompertz模型拟合参数分析,结果表明德化黑鸡极限体重为1 754.7 g,拐点体重为815.22 g,拐点周龄为8.819周。Abstract: The growth curve of Dehua black chicken from 0 to 18 weeks was fitted with three nonlinear models.The correlation coefficients(R2) of the chicken’s growth data with the Gompertz,Logistic and von Bertalanffy models were 0.9998,0.9987,and 0.9996,respectively.Using the Gompertz model,which had the highest R2,the maximum applicable adult body weight was found to be 1754.7g,the critical body weight,815.22g,and the critical age of the chicken,8.819 weeks.
