摘要: 为禽多杀性巴氏杆菌感染提供特异、敏感的诊断方法,本研究建立了检测禽多杀性巴氏杆菌PCR方法。该方法能从禽多杀性巴氏杆菌扩增出1条460 bp的特异片段,而无法从大肠杆菌、鸭疫里氏杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、禽1型副黏病毒、番鸭呼肠孤病毒和鸭基因组DNA扩增出目的片段。敏感性试验显示该PCR方法最低可检测出1 ngL-1的细菌基因DNA。

Abstract: To establish a specific and sensitive detection methodology for avian Pasteurella multocida infection,PCR was applied.The 460 bp of the specific fragments was amplified from avian P.multocida genome.None could be obtained from Escherichia coli,Riemerella anatipestifer,Salmonella,Staphyloccocus aureus,Avian paramyxovirus type 1,Muscovy duck retrovirus or genome of duck.The sensitivity test indicated that a minimum of 1ngμL-1 of avian P.multocida genome DNA could be detected by the newly developed PCR method.
