Iron in the soil of Tieguanyin tea plantations in Fujian and its transfer into tea leaves

摘要: 调查了安溪县、永春县和华安县150个铁观音茶园表层土壤及茶叶中铁含量,结果表明,供试铁观音茶园土壤全铁含量为9.35~90.48 g•kg-1,平均值为32.33g•kg-1;土壤有效铁含量为9.20~395.11mg•kg-1,平均值为57.11mg•kg-1。茶叶中铁含量为19.77~797.47mg•kg-1,平均值为126.71mg•kg-1。茶叶中铁转移系数与土壤全铁、有效铁均呈极显著线性相关。Abstract: An investigation on the contents of Fe in the surface soils of 150 Tieguanyin tea plantations in Anxi,Yongchun and Hua'an Counties in Fujian province as well as the transfer of the soil Fe into the tea leaves was conducted.The total contents of Fe in the soils ranged from 9.35 to 90.48 g•kg-1,with a mean of 32.33 g•kg-1.The available contents of Fe were between 9.20 to 395.11 mg•kg-1,with a mean of 57.11 mg•kg-1.The contents of Fe in the tea were between 19.77 to 797.47 mg•kg-1,with a mean of 126.71 mg•kg-1.The soil-to-tea leaves transfer factors of Fe positively correlated with the total or available Fe.
