Recent advances in biotechnology research of loquat(Eriobotrya Japonica Lindl.) germplasm

摘要: 枇杷是原产于我国的名优特色树种。我国分布有极其丰富的枇杷种质资源,拥有开展遗传改良和农业生产等工作的良好基础。本文综述了生物技术,包括细胞工程技术、分子标记技术在我国枇杷种质资源的应用发展现状,并分析存在的问题,展望未来的深入研究方向。Abstract: Loquat(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) originated from China is a well-known,characteristic tree species.The rich resource of loquat germplasm in the nation provides an excellent foundation for genetic and production improvements.This review covers recent advancement in the biotechnology applications,including cell engineering and molecular markers,for loquat germplasm studies.Current issues and direction for future research were also discussed.
