The Study of Correlation of Three Different Avian Paramyxovirus Antigens

摘要: 通过交叉血凝抑制试验和微量交叉中和试验测定鹅源副粘病毒(MQG株)、鸭源副粘病毒(Lg株)和新城疫标准毒(F48E8株)3种不同禽源副粘病毒的血清学相关性。结果显示3种病毒之间的R值很小(R＜0.2),抗原相关性较低,表明3种不同禽源副粘病毒的抗原相关性有较大差异。

Abstract: The antigenic relationship of three Avian Paramyxovirus,Goose paramyxovirus (MQG strain), duck paramyxovirus (Lg strain) and Newcastle disease virus (F48E8 strain) were determined by using virus cross-neutralization tests(NT) and cross-hemagglutination inhibition test (HI). The results indicated that the R value among three viruses was lower than 0.2 and revealed that there were clear antigenic variations among these Avian Paramyxovirus.
