摘要: 微结构测绘学是一门新兴的交叉学科,它是显微摄影测量技术图象处理技术和计算机技术等新技术及其相关理论的有机结合。本文从微结构测绘学角度,着重介绍了微生物显微技术由于立体显微摄影测量技术、图象处理技术和计算机技术的应用而发生的新变化;并就上述新技术如何应用于微生物研究领域的问题提出几点设想。

Abstract: Microstructural Mapping technique is a new cross discipline which is the organic combination of microphotogrammetry, pattern recognition and computer technique as well as relative theories.This article emphatically introduces the present development on micrology owing to the application of techniques of stere-omicrophotogrammetry, pattern recognition and computer based on microstructural mapping technique.Several suggestions on applying above new techniques to microbiological research was also proposed.
