三种病原细菌产生细菌素的研究
Study on the Bacteriocin from Three Pathogenic Bacteria

摘要: 测定来自不同地区的水稻细菌性条斑病、白叶枯病和柑桔溃疡病共92个菌株的细菌素产生能力,结果有34个菌株产生细菌素,占37%。其中有4个不同种的菌株间产生交叉抑制反应,抑菌晕圈直径为2-6mm。试验表明,产细菌素的菌株对其同种病原菌的抑制能力强于不同种病原菌。Abstract: The bacteriocin productivity of Xanthomonas camperstris pv.oryzicola, Xanthomonas camperstris pv.oryzae and Xanthomonas camperstris pv.citri, that totally have 92 strains from different places, was detected by double-layer medium method.The results showed that 34 strains produced bacteriocin, occupies 37% of the total strains.Among the bacteriocin-producing strains, crossinhibition reaction was observed in 4 different species.The diameter of inhibition zones varied from 2-6mm.The inhibition ability of bacteriocin-producing strains to the same species was better than that to different species.
