芦笋染色体组型研究
A Study on Chromosome Karyotype in Asparagus officinalis L.

摘要: 本文用芦笋幼芽茎尖为材料研究4个芦笋生产品种的染色体组型。结果表明,芦笋不同品种的染色体形态特征各有所不同,品种SEMILLA的核型为2n=20=10m+10sm(2SAT);Uc72和Uc157的核型为2n=20=8m+12sm(2SAT);玛丽华盛顿500W的核型为2n=20=12m(2SAT)+8sm。研究还指出利用植物幼芽为材料研究染色体时促进酶解的方法,同时讨论了植物材料的培养方法对细胞分裂周期和适宜取材时间的影响。Abstract: The karyotypes of four asparagus cultivars were studied using the tips of bud as material. The results showed that the morphological characteristics of the chromosomes in different cultivars were distinctive from each other. the karyotype of variety SEMILIA is 2n = 20= 10m+ 10sm; The varieties Uc72 and Uc157 are 2n = 20 = 8m + 12sm; and variety Mary Washington 500W, 2n = 20= 12m + 8sm. The results will offer a useful reference for the breeding of asparagus. The way to improve the zymolysis using buds as material was described, and the effect of the plant-culturing methods on cell-dividing period and the optimum sampling time were also discussed.
