茶叶游离氨基酸测定前处理方法探讨
Study on Pretreatment Method for Determination of Free Aminoacids in Tea

摘要: 本文在萃取法基础上,采取加大样品量,调整去除干扰物质的程序和浸提水温等三项改进措施,从而提出茶叶游离氨基酸测定的一种新的前处理方法——改进萃取法。实验结果表明,该法得率高、重现性好、干扰少并适用于835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪。Abstract: Three improved measures,i.e.increase of sampling amount,adjustment of extractive order for removing the interferential substrances and treating temperature were employed in this study based on classic extractive method.Thus a new pretreatment method for determining free aminoacids in tea-improved extractive method has been developed.The experimental results showed that,this method has high gathering rate and repeatability,less interfernce and is suitable for type 835-50 Auto-aminoacid Analyser.
