缺锌对水稻蛋白质合成的影响

摘要: 溶液培养试验结果表明,稻株锌营养状况与核糖核酸酶(RNase)活性密切相关,缺锌导致RNase活性明显提高,RNA含量降低。缺锌水稻蛋白质合成受阻而非蛋白氮化合物积累。RNase活性与蛋白质含量之间具有明显的负相关,说明RNase活性提高,导致RNA降解是缺锌水稻蛋白质合成受阻的原因。Abstract: The effect of zinc deficiency on protein synthesis in rice was studied though a hydroponic experiment,The results showed that zinc contents had a closed relation to ribonuclease(RNase)activities.Zinc deficiency significantly increased RNase activity and decrease RNAand protein con-tents.Apositive correlation was found between the activities of RNase and the contents of protein,indicating that RNase activity increase was the reason for the retardation of protein synthesis under zinc deficiency.
