大白菜主要数量性状的遗传相关和通径分析
The Path Analysis and Correlation Inheritance on the Main Quantitative Characters of Chinese Cabbage

摘要: 通过相关和通径分析,研究了大白菜9个数量性状与产量的关系,结果表明:外叶数、毛重、球叶数的遗传变异大,遗传力较低;球径、叶宽、叶柄宽的遗传变异小,遗传力高;球长的遗传力大但遗传变异也大。毛重、球径、叶宽、叶柄宽与产量呈极显着正相关。通径分析进一步证实了遗传相关的可靠性,即对产量直接影响较大的性状是毛重、球茎、叶宽、叶柄宽。Abstract: The relationships between 9 quantitative characters and production were studied by means of correlation and path analysis. The rerqults showed that the numbers of out leaf and mund leaf and full weight had high genetic variability but low heritability; the round diameter、Ieaf width and stem width had little genetic variation but high heritability; The round length had high genetic heritability and varia-tion. There were significant positive correlation between the round-leaf diameter,weight,stem width and production. The path analysis demonstrated these inheritance correlations, which showed that the characters of weight, round diameter, leaf width, stem width were the main effective factors for productions.
