植物抗寒基因工程研究进展

摘要: 培育抗寒作物品种对于农业具有十分重要的意义。植物抗寒基因工程可以在不影响作物产量、品质情况下通过基因工程手段培育抗寒作物新品种。目前,应用于植物抗寒基因工程的基因包括两大类:植物抗寒相关基因及鱼的抗冻蛋白基因。本文综述了这两类基因的结构特点及抗寒机理,进而介绍了这两类基因应用于植物抗寒基因工程的研究情况及取得的进展,并展望了今后的研究方向及应用前景。

Abstract: Breeding cold-resistant crop varieties is very important for agriculture. Crop varieties resistant to low temperature can be bred hy means of plant genetic engineering without influencing the plant’s yield and quality. There are two kinds of genes being used in plant cold-resistant genetic engineering:plant cold-resistant relative genes and fish antifreeze protein genes. In this paper, the structure and the cold-resistant mechanism of these genes were reviewed,the results and advances of study on these genes were intrduced,the future study and application of them were predicted. -
