水稻同核异质体雄性不育系内源激素IAA、GA1+3+4+7比较分析

摘要: 以水稻同核异质体雄性不育系WAV41A,KVV41A和保持系V41B为材料,用酶联免疫检测法(ELISA)测定了幼穗和倒二叶鞘的内源激素IAA、GA1+3+4+7含量。结果表明:同核异质体的两种雄性不育系幼穗分化过程中,幼穗IAA、GA1+3+4+7含量低于保持系,从而提示雄性不育与内源激素(尤其是IAA)的亏损有关。两种胞质不育系IAA、GA1+3+4+7的含量WAV41A低于KVV41A,WAV41A内源激素亏损时期早于KVV41A;倒二叶鞘两种激素的含量WAV41A高于KVV41A和V41B;KV41A内源激素生理代谢与栽培稻V41B有相似之处,说明了WAV41A和KVV41A在其内源激素的代谢上有明显差异。Abstract: The endogenous hormone IAA and GA1+3+4+7 in young panicles and the backward second leave sheathes of rice male-sterile line with alloplasm-homokaryon WAV41 A and KV41 A and their maintainer V41B were determined by ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay).The results showed that the contents of IAA and GA1+3+4+7 in young Panicle of WAV41A and KV41A ware less than that of V41B during the period when young Panicle developed, it was suggested that male bole related to the loss of endogenous hormone (esp.IAA); the contents of IAA and GA1+3+4+7 in WAV41A was less than that of KVV41A, and the line of the two endogenous hormone in WAV41A was earlier than that of KVV41A;the contents of IAA and GA1+3+4+7 was higher.than that of KVV41A and V41 B; the Physiological metabolic of KVV41A was similar to that of V41B, it was suggested that there were significant difference in the metabolic of endogenous hormone between WAV41A and KVV41A.
