Reaction of Lycopersicon Esculentum Callus to Salt

摘要: 在不同NaCl浓度(0~1.50%)的MS培养基下诱导番茄愈伤组织。试验结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的提高,愈伤组织和芽分化在NaCl0~0.50%范围内生长正常,在0.75%~1.00%范围内能够生长,大于1.25%时受到强烈抑制。愈伤组织中K+、Mg2+、Ca2+含量逐渐减少,而Na+含量则显着增加;叶绿素含量随NaCl浓度的增加而呈线性下降,游离脯氨酸含量却增加。Abstract: The callus of Lycopersicon esculentum were cultured under the condition of MS with the different NaCl concentrations (0-1.50%) The results showed that their growth and bud differentiation were normal, when NaCl concentrations ranged from 0-0.50% When NaCl concentrations ranged from 0.75%-1.00%, the callus would grow, but when more than 1.25% their growth and bud differentiation would be controlled The more NaCl concentrations increased, the more content of Ca2+, Mg2+,K+ decreased and the content of Na+ increased significantly The content of chlorophyll decreased linearly when the concentrations of NaCl increased However, the content of free proline increased.
